We get it - you're busy but you still want to provide you and your family with delicious, nutritious, and beautiful dinners.

Here are some of the tricks we have up our sleeves for knocking out quick and yummy mealtimes, without going crazy!

1. Always Have Frozen Veggies On Hand To Whip Dinner Up In Minutes

Throw it in a stovetop Lo Mein, a pan with chicken, a quiche or even in a lasagna for some extra vegetable yumminess.  A no-brainer for healthy, delicious and quick dinner options.

2. Line Up Your Freezer Items With This Shelf

Your freezer is your best friend for quick dinners, so keep it organized with this line-up shelf. No more rummaging or losing bags and meal preps, only to find it freezer burnt weeks later.

3. The Target Brand Is A Great Option For The Best Priced Pasta And Tomato Sauces

Of course keep your pantry well-stocked with pastas, rice, and other dinner favorites. This time of year may not be the best time to stock up on chometz, so work on eating what's in the pantry before!

4. Skip The After School/Work Rush And Put Up Dinner In The AM

This Crock-Pot slow cooker (which is now on sale for $29.99!) is no-frills but it definitely gets the job done. With High, Low, and Keep Warm setting you can control the temperature to ensure your food is ready on time. Set it and forget it!

5. A Sheet Pan For One Pan Dinners

There are times when dinner calls for multiple pots and pans, utensils and bowls, and many, many dishes. The sheet pan dinner is for when you want to use only one. Bonus points if you use it with parchment paper to make cleanup as minimal as possible. Sheet pan dinners can include a protein, vegetable, and carb all on the same pan. This OXO Version has a grooved bottom to help with cooking even and crisp, and keep items from sticking. It's definitely a household favorite.

6. An Oven Safe Rack For When Pan Frying Shnitzel Is Not On The Agenda

Another sheet pan trick, this time for getting that out-of-the-pan crunch for your Shnitzel, egg rolls, chicken wings, or whatever you like to fry. Go for healthier and less cleanup with this oven safe cooking rack over the sheet pan.

7. Try An Air Fryer For Small Batch Meals

Some people swear by them, others can't figure it out! If you have the extra space, it can be well worth it - I use mine multiple times a week. The benefits are that you'll use minimal oil to crisp and cook up a batch of fries, wings, broccoli spears, onion rings, etc. It also doesn't heat up the whole kitchen like a hot oven might, making it great for the coming warmer months. The downsides are that it is large, and hard to shlep in and out of closets. Weigh and measure the options so you can decide for yourself!

8. Focus On The Main And Do Easy Sides

Having some ready-to-go foods in your freezer is key for whipping up yummy and kid-friendly dinners. The frozen fries side dish is on the weekly rotation!

9. Let Kids Be In Charge Of Dinner For A Night

Get some age appropriate menu items, and put the kids in charge. So you can sit back on the couch and relax, right?? This Mini Waffle Maker is so fun for kids ages 7+, they can put on an extra pair of kitchen gloves to prevent any burns.

10. Work Once, Eat Twice

Making meatballs for dinner? Get a huge family pack of ground beef and make two trays instead of one, pop it in the freezer and you have a ready-to-go dinner for next week. Future you will thank you!

11. Cookie Dough Make Once, Enjoy For Days

Same thing for cookies, make a few and keep the rest portioned off in your freezer for a rainy day. Pull them out and have fresh baked cookies for a special after-dinner treat.

12. For Those Who Make Lunch Every Day

We've been recently doing this hack and it really works. Stock your freezer up with ready-made sandwiches! You can grab them any time you're going to the park, dashing out on a long car ride, or if you send lunch to school or playgroup. It defrosts quickly resulting in a (freezer) freshly made sandwich. We found cream cheese freezes very well. This Sandwich Cutter & Decruster just makes it that much more fun!
