The much anticipated follow-up cookbook to Marblespoon is here and is a breath of fresh air to our home cooking. Marblespoon At Home by Instagrammer foodie influencer Vera Newman, takes the same friendly and easy approach to cooking as the original, but with even more family-approved recipes. We've tried and tested some of the mouth-watering dishes and here's our take on it!

There are so many great weeknight dinner ideas that we'll be incorporating into our lineup. Regular schnitzel gets a makeover as Hot Honey Chicken Tenders, which are marinated in pareve buttermilk to make them that much more tender and juicy on the inside, while staying deliciously crunchy on the outside. Adjust the spice factor accordingly, as there is quite a lot hot sauce involved!
